Lindsey + Adam’s perfect autumn wedding that embodied everything I love about weddings – big families, big laughs and people letting loose and really enjoying themselves.
Espresso Martini bar and a brand new puppy? don’t mind if i do.
Lindsey and Adam’s autumn wedding at Brookfield Barn was one of those days where you could just feel the joy radiating off everyone. These two spent the entire day absolutely cracking up together – honestly, I think I captured more photos of them mid-laugh than anything else, which is exactly how it should be. But the real star of the show? Their new puppy, who basically photobombed half the day and charmed every single guest. Nothing says “family wedding” quite like a four-legged troublemaker stealing the spotlight.
The venue looked absolutely gorgeous with those autumn vibes, and the lakeside ceremony spot at this stunning barn wedding venue was the perfect backdrop for their vows. But let’s talk about that espresso martini bar – genius move. Guests were buzzing (literally) all evening, and it definitely set the tone for what was about to happen on the dance floor. I’ve photographed a lot of weddings, and this crowd brought serious energy.
NOT QUITE OVER THIS WEDDING YET. COME BACK SOON.
Speaking of the dance floor – wow. I don’t know what was in those espresso martinis, but the reception turned into an absolute party. From the first dance through to the last song, people were going for it. Lindsey and Adam were right in the thick of it all, still laughing, still completely themselves. It was the kind of celebration that reminds you why you love photographing weddings – pure, unfiltered happiness with the people they love most.
